The Lovesac Company is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager in Arlington, VA. You will lead a high-performing sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive revenue through skilled selling and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of experience in retail management or customer service.
• Must work during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and vendors.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and integrity with transactions and data.
• Ability to handle conflict professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell while following Lovesac selling process.
• Build loyalty and drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end and close sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge with engaging brand tours and education.
• Lead the team, reinforce selling standards, keep floor running smoothly.
• Support daily operations, openings/closes, inventory, visuals, and promotions.
