Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Experience with CRM and store technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and customer experience on the floor.
• Own the full customer journey and build client relationships.
• Coach and develop Associates, recruit and retain talent.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety.
• Drive KPIs and meet quarterly goals.
