The position emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and promotions. Candidates should be ready for peak-period schedules.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, vendors and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and customer data.
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example greeting clients and selling while following Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with exceptional service and lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience to close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution and leadership of the team.
• Support store operations, visuals, inventory, and promotions while maintaining brand standards.
