Job summary

The Lovesac Company is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive conversion, educate customers on our Sacs and Sactionals, and ensure smooth daily store operations.

You will role-model Lovesac standards, develop team members, and consistently meet store KPIs while upholding brand integrity and delivering Total Comfort™ to customers.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds, with the ability to assemble furniture.
