Lovesac in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager who thrives on connecting with customers, coaching a high-performing sales team, and delivering remarkable results. You will lead by example, execute the Lovesac selling process, and maintain a strong personal quote pipeline while guiding the store toward its daily goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or customer service, willingness to work weekends and peak hours, and ability to lift furniture up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel as required to local stores, vendors, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, greet clients with energy, and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive loyalty and repeat business by building genuine connections with customers.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, deliver engaging tours, and confidently close sales.
• Support store success by guiding the team and maintaining floor operations.
