Job summary

Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager at Mall at Millenia in Orlando to lead a high-energy sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive conversion through the Lovesac selling process.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or customer service, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to move heavy furniture and assist with assembly. A high school diploma is required, with opportunities to grow within Lovesac.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and sensitive data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move heavy furniture; able to assemble furniture on the selling floor.

• Lead by example greeting clients with energy and optimism, actively selling and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end and deliver exceptional service for lasting relationships.

• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution and decision-making.
• Support store operations by guiding the team and maintaining smooth floor flow.
