The Lovesac Company in Salt Lake City is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily store operations, and drive results through the Lovesac selling process.

In this role you will own the customer journey, demonstrate product knowledge, and ensure brand standards while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment and integrity in managing financial transactions and data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move items up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example greeting clients and actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive loyalty and brand advocacy by building genuine connections.
• Own customer journey end-to-end and develop lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging brand experience and close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
• Support store operations by guiding the team and maintaining visual standards.
