Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Coconut Creek, FL to lead community operations with a strong focus on sales performance, revenue growth, and resident experience. This role supports occupancy growth, rent collection, safety, and compliance while reporting to the Community/Regional Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in property management or related fields with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; real estate certifications a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight of operations including budgeting, rent collection, and vendor management.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Help drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and sales activities.
• Manage lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closings.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention.
• Address resident concerns professionally and timely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure property safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital projects.
