Job summary

Lakeshore Management in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Entry-Level Assistant Community Manager. The role blends sales, operations, safety and customer service to drive occupancy growth and resident satisfaction.

Reporting to the Community Manager/Regional Manager, this position handles administrative tasks, rent collection, compliance, and marketing activities with no supervisory responsibilities. Flexible for travel and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Pior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, Saturdays availability and on-call emergencies.
• Willingness to travel for training and events quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Financial Management: budgeting, rent collection, expense control and vendor management.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, delinquency and expense performance.
• Maintain curb appeal and property standards; ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare and submit financial and operational reports.
• Sales & Marketing: drive occupancy through leasing and marketing activities.
• Manage prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, tours and closings.
• Resident relations: be a point of contact and address concerns promptly.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Maintenance, safety & compliance: coordinate with maintenance and enforce rules.
• Projects & asset management: oversee inventory, installations, budgets, improvements.
