Job summary

Lakeshore Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Florida to lead operations with a strong emphasis on sales performance and occupancy growth. You will report to the Community Manager and support rent collection, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations across our communities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in property management or related fields, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role is on-site, with some travel for training and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closing.
• Oversee renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety and compliance with staff and vendors.
