Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our Deerfield Beach, FL community. Lead operations with a focus on occupancy, revenue, and resident experience, while coordinating sales and marketing efforts.

Under the Community Manager, you will support budgeting, safety, and daily administrative tasks, and collaborate with maintenance and vendors to keep the community in top condition.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in property management, sales, or operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays and be on-call/after hours for emergencies.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily oversight of operations, including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Ensure strong curb appeal, property standards, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in marketing, leasing, and home sales activities, managing the full prospect lifecycle.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to maintain compliance and safety.
