Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead community operations with a strong focus on occupancy, sales, and revenue growth. You will support daily operations, resident relations, rent collection, and compliance under the Community Manager or Regional Manager, with no supervisory responsibilities.

The role requires 3-5+ years in property management or related fields, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and available for on-call/after business hour emergencies.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including resident relations, rent collection, compliance, and safety.
• Support occupancy growth through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Track and support KPIs such as occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expenses.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure property upkeep and safety.
