You will drive marketing and leasing, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and mentor staff while upholding company values and compliance across local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be flexible and available for travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor key performance indicators: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointment setting, tours, and closing.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Enforce community rules and company policies.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Set expectations and hold team accountable for performance.
