Northland is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations at Cypress Shores in Coconut Creek, FL. The role involves supervising leasing and maintenance staff in the manager’s absence and overseeing rent collection and delinquency, while supporting profitability and budget maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role; hospitality or property management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Working weekend shifts may be required and travel may be required to assist other properties or training classes.
• May be required to operate a golf cart on property.
