Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a seasoned sales leader to oversee development and performance of all sales activities in the division. You will staff and direct a sales team, lead profitability initiatives, and expand the customer base while shaping training programs for clients and Account Representatives.

You will develop business plans, coordinate market expansion, and provide pricing strategies for pricing approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience managing people in a sales management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market.
• Drive actions to penetrate new markets.
• Provide pricing on prospect applications to maintain profit margins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activities by Account Representatives.
• Create and present proposals and RFP responses.
• Coach Account Representatives on proposals and presentations.
• Mentor staff through onboarding, training, and performance management.
