Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to oversee development and performance of all sales activities within the division. You will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales management or equivalent.
• Willing to travel 50% or more for business purposes.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provide timely, accurate pricing on pricing and proposals while maintaining maximum profit margin.
• Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports from Account Representatives.
• Create and conduct proposals and RFP responses; assist in preparation of presentations.
• Mentor staff through onboarding, training, development opportunities and performance management.
