Qualifications

• At least 7 years of people management in a sales leadership role.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large organizations.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and performance of all sales activities in the division.
• Staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards profitability and growth.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
• Contribute to development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Representatives.
• Develop business plans and sales strategies; provide timely pricing on prospect applications.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports; assist with proposals and presentations.
• Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives to improve communication and performance.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
