Medline Industries, LP in the United States is seeking a senior sales leader to oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division. You will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward profitability and growth aligned with company vision and values.

Lead planning, pricing, and marketing initiatives; drive market expansion; mentor Account Representatives and build a high‑performing, client‑facing sales organization across multiple markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in sales management with people leadership.
• Willing to travel at least 50% (within state and out of state).
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large organizations.
• Extensive Supplier Relationship Management experience.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market.
• Coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provide timely, competitive pricing on pricing requests to maintain profit margins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity reports from Account Representatives.
• Create and present proposals and RFP responses.
• Mentor Account Representatives through onboarding and development.
• Conduct one‑on‑one reviews to improve communications and performance.
