Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a seasoned sales leader to oversee the development and performance of all sales activities within the division. You will staff and direct a sales team and align initiatives with company values to expand the customer base and support client education programs.

The role requires extensive travel (≥50%), strong enterprise software experience, and deep knowledge of supplier relationships and market dynamics to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in sales management with people leadership.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% for business.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market.
• Provide timely, accurate pricing on prospect applications for pricing/approval.
• Develop and implement marketing plans as needed.
• Maintain records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses; assist reps.
• Conduct one-on-one reviews to improve communication and performance.
• Mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
