Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Previous sales or retail experience.
• Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives to drive superior marketplace execution and customer service.
• Motivate and develop frontline employees to increase daily productivity and improve performance.
• Conduct work-withs/route rides to develop selling and customer service skills.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand business needs.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance productivity of selling and delivery model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised as planned.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development.
