Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment
• Prior experience dispatching is desirable
• Experience with basic computer systems and office software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner
• Schedule service calls, maintenance, and sales calls with decision makers present
• Call customers to confirm appointments and inform them of changes in arrival times
• Plan routes and assign technicians based on availability and skills
• Enter sales appointment details and update lead information in systems
• Explain financing options and assist with financing forms as needed
• Dispatch Residential Sales Consultants to sales calls and track activity in the system
• Debrief sales consultants and maintain communication to resolve issues to customer satisfaction
