495 Garage Door, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales/Dispatcher to join our on-site team. You will coordinate sales and field operations, managing calls, dispatching technicians, and maintaining client relationships to ensure timely service.

The role requires effective communication, strong organization, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges apply with DOE, and the position is not remote.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, in customer service, or in a sales role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in using computers, email clients, and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with the DMV area is highly advantageous.
• Ability to read maps and create efficient driving routes for technical staff.
• A positive, self-motivated outlook, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries effectively.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians/drivers to job sites while optimizing route plans for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and job records in our database.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm service satisfaction and manage appointments.
• Identify and generate sales leads, and contribute to closing sales opportunities.
• Coordinate daily schedules and provide timely updates to team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute general administrative duties including filing, managing emails, and preparing reports as assigned.
