Precision Garage Door Service in Pompton Lakes, NJ is seeking a full-time Scheduler and Dispatcher to join our Customer Service team. You’ll connect with customers, coordinate with installers, and manage job logistics to keep our schedule running smoothly.

You’ll use ServiceTitan to set appointment windows, assign jobs by region and skill, and ensure timely follow-up communications via email or text. A proactive team player with strong organization will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate garage door installations.
• Identify ready-to-schedule jobs and assign to installers by region, difficulty, availability and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers and review notes, with follow-up when needed.
• Use ServiceTitan to set appointment windows and assign jobs to technicians.
• Confirm schedules via email or text.
• Track delivery manifests and manage out-of-market assignments to maximize daily efficiency.
