Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale Tax Solutions for SMBs in a hybrid role based in Frisco, Texas.

You will own revenue strategy and mentor a team of sales managers and account executives, driving new logos, expansion, and retention. You will pair strategic planning with hands-on coaching, fostering a consultative selling approach tied to client outcomes like efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 8+ years in sales leadership or quota-carrying teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in SaaS/software.
• Experience selling to SMB in a high-velocity, multi-channel model.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales targets for SMB Tax portfolio.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market plan including territory design and pricing.
• Build and maintain a forecasted pipeline and report to senior leadership.
