Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience with 3+ in customer success.
• Direct Tax experience is required.
• 4-year college degree required.
• Experience with cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills; can manage a customer journey.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define success and track outcomes.
• Develop and share Customer Success Plans with Sales and PS teams.
• Monitor customer health and escalate critical concerns.
• Identify growth opportunities and advise the commercial team.
• Ensure customers receive value and drive retention and growth.
• Use Gainsight/Salesforce to manage client info, pipeline and forecasts.
• Present business plans and represent CS in cross-functional meetings.
