Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Client Executive, Tax Large to partner with enterprise customers, focusing on retention, renewals and upsell opportunities across multiple U.S.

locations in a hybrid environment. You will consult with clients to understand their goals, shape product plans and drive deals to close, while navigating higher-complexity opportunities and coordinating with Sales Specialists to deliver the right information-enabled software and services for tax and accounting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with enterprise accounts.
• Multi-product oriented sales experience.
• Agile, resilient mindset with grit.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Focuses on driving retention and renewal targets by engaging existing customers.
• Consults with customers to understand their needs and identifies opportunities to meet them and provide the right solutions.
• Covers higher complexity deals with ongoing proactive outbound engagement.
• Identifies the best virtual channel for engagement with customers.
• Validates customer needs, shapes product plans and drives deals to close.
• Addresses client cancellations and negotiates value to cost.
• Supports territory growth strategies.
• Engages Sales Specialists for deep product expertise when needed.
• Understands customer archetypes and needs within the subsegment and territory.
• Uses Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
