Thomson Reuters is seeking a Sales Director to scale our SMB Tax Solutions business. You will own revenue strategy, lead a team of sales managers and/or account executives, and drive new-logo acquisition, expansion, and retention for tax technology and workflow solutions.

You will coach frontline managers, forecast pipelines, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, with a consultative, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 8+ years in sales leadership or quota-carrying teams.
• Experience selling to SMB customers in a high-velocity model.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales targets for the SMB Tax portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Act as executive sponsor on strategic deals and key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Finance and Legal to improve the customer journey.
