Job summary

Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage and information management, seeks a strategic Sales Director for North America Digital Business. You will lead a team of Account Executives and drive growth across our digital solutions portfolio, partnering with Customer Success to activate data for customers.

Reporting to the VP North America Sales, Digital Business, you will shape market expansion and client relationships, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience focused on new business development with enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise digital transformation solutions including cloud or SaaS.
• Proven ability in change management, distributed team leadership, strategic deal analysis, and senior executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales strategies, manage book of business, and lead direct-selling efforts for revenue growth across digital service lines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Customer Care, and cross-functional teams to optimize deals and client experiences.
• Maintain CRM governance and pricing/terms compliance in Salesforce and other systems.
