Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Sales Director, North America Digital Business to lead a team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth across our Digital Solutions portfolio. You will shape regional sales strategy, expand market footprint, and guide key customer relationships in NA.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize profitability, governance, and deal execution, reporting to the VP, NA Sales, Digital Business. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience focused on new business development within a business services or digital solutions industry, and selling to enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise digital transformation solutions - including cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability in change management, distributed team leadership, strategic deal analysis, and senior executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent practical experience), with a willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies and direct selling efforts to deliver revenue growth across digital service lines.
• Lead a team of Account Executives and collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain governance of pricing proposals, contracts terms, SOWs, and corporate policies in CRM.
