Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Director, North America Digital Business to lead a regional team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth across our Digital Solutions portfolio.

Reporting to the VP, North America Sales, you will anchor market expansion, manage key enterprise relationships, and collaborate with Customer Success to turn data into value for leading organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience focused on new business development within a business services or digital solutions industry, and selling to enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise digital transformation solutions - including cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability in change management, distributed team leadership, strategic deal analysis, and senior executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent practical experience), with a willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional sales growth and revenue execution with account planning and direct selling across digital service lines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Customer Care leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize client experiences and deal profitability.
• Maintain Salesforce governance, pricing proposals, contracts terms, and statements of work in compliance with corporate policies.
