Storm2, a fast-growing advertising technology company, is seeking a Director of Sales to drive growth and mentor a team of Account Executives. The role combines hands-on new business development with leadership responsibilities in a remote/hybrid structure.

You will exceed revenue targets, deepen relationships with agencies and advertisers, shape sales strategy, and foster a culture of accountability and performance. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in digital media and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling digital media, AdTech, CTV, OTT, or programmatic advertising.
• Track record of exceeding revenue goals and leading teams.
• Experience selling to agencies, advertisers, and mid-market brands.
• Leadership or coaching experience and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue and new business targets while building relationships with agencies and mid-market brands.
• Coach and mentor Account Executives and support key customer meetings.
• Develop sales strategy, territory planning, and forecasting with leadership.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
