Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated outside sales success in B2B within digital advertising or media
• 2+ years experience selling Connected TV advertising
• Hunter mentality with proactive result‑oriented approach to sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at various levels of an ad agency or organization
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with focus on revenue targets
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of CTV industry trends and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
• Identify and prospect new clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Understand client advertising needs and provide scalable solutions
• Conduct needs analyses to align objectives with digital advertising
• Present and demonstrate digital advertising solutions to stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for win‑win outcomes
• Build and maintain client relationships post‑sale
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth pre/post sales
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide consultative advice
• Provide regular forecasts and meet revenue goals
• Attend conferences and events to expand network and generate leads
• Plan travel to assigned region to develop new accounts
