Strategus, a remote‑first, CTV‑focused advertising partner, is seeking a Digital Sales Director to drive revenue growth and forge strategic client relationships across the United States.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, prospect new clients, and present our digital advertising solutions to key stakeholders, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless pre and post‑sale processes.

Formación

• 3+ years outside B2B sales in digital advertising or media.
• 2+ years experience selling Connected TV advertising.
• Hunter mentality with a proactive, results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with ad agencies.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with revenue targets.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Proficient with CRM and sales prospecting tools.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of CTV trends and tech.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients via multiple channels.
• Understand client needs and provide scalable digital advertising solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and present Strategus value to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for win‑win outcomes.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with account management, marketing, operations and BDRs.
• Stay current on industry trends to provide consultative advice.
• Forecast business regularly and pursue new opportunities via events.
