Job summary

Strategus, LLC is hiring a Digital Sales Director to lead strategic sales across the U.S. remote. You will drive revenue, build a pipeline, and cultivate high-value client relationships with CTV advertising expertise.

You will negotiate contracts, present scalable solutions, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and account management to optimize the end-to-end sales process. A hunter mentality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales in digital advertising or media.
• 2+ years selling Connected TV advertising.
• Hunter mentality with proactive, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients via cold calls, networking, referrals.
• Understand client needs and provide scalable digital advertising solutions.
• Present Strategus offerings to key stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre/post sales.
