Job summary

Strategus, LLC is a remote-first advertising partner focused on Connected TV. We are hiring a Digital Sales Director to lead revenue growth, identify new clients, present solutions, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with account management, marketing, operations, and BDRs.

The role requires a hunter mentality, 3+ years in B2B outside sales in digital advertising, and expertise in Connected TV. Expect travel for key conferences and uncapped commissions with a base salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated outside sales success in B2B within the digital advertising or media industry.
• 2+ years experience selling Connected TV advertising.
• Hunter mentality with proactive, results-oriented sales approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of agencies.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a revenue target focus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of CTV industry trends and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
• Identify and prospect new clients via cold calls, networking, and referrals with a full suite of industry tools.
• Understand clients' digital advertising needs and provide scalable solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses to align campaigns with objectives and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate digital advertising solutions to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong post-sale client relationships for retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless pre/post sales processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to provide consultative advice.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and meet revenue goals.
• Attend industry events to expand networks and generate leads.
• Plan travel to assigned regions for deeper client relationships.
