Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Sales Director to lead the Global Industries Strategic Verticals team, guiding Client Partners across Banking and Financial Services to protect and activate client information assets. You will shape executive engagements, drive multi-product deals, and expand our commercial footprint in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will coach, develop, and align a high-performing sales organization, manage forecasts, and partner with hyperscalers and GSIs to win enterprise

Qualifications

7+ years of executive sales leadership experience in enterprise accounts.
Proven track record managing $50M+ annual bookings portfolios.
Experience with complex multi-product enterprise deal engagements.
Mastery of pipeline/forecasting in Salesforce.
Executive presence with Fortune 500 stakeholders.
Experience with BFS verticals and strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing Client Partners sales team.
Establish regular cadence with the team to meet KPIs for quota, pipeline, and conversions.
Oversee strategic account planning across portfolios.
Provide accurate forecasts and manage deal shaping, pricing and negotiations.
Engage C-suite stakeholders and support complex deals as needed.
Represent Iron Mountain at strategic industry events and drive market engagement.
