Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an empowering Sales Director to join our Global Industries Strategic Verticals team, leading Client Partners across the Banking and Financial Services sector. This leadership role will guide a high-performing sales team to drive growth and protect and activate clients' information assets.

You will coach executives, govern account strategies, and ensure accurate forecasts in Salesforce while expanding our enterprise footprint with multi-product engagements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing $50M+ annual bookings portfolios and leading complex multi-product enterprise deal engagements
• Mastery of pipeline/forecasting methodology in Salesforce
• Executive presence and experience engaging C-suite executives across Fortune 500 accounts
• Deep domain expertise in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) verticals

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales organization of Client Partners with clear KPIs for quota attainment, pipeline, and account expansion
• Oversee strategic account planning across account portfolios
• Provide accurate forecasts and oversee deal shaping, pricing, and contracts in Salesforce
• Engage C-suite stakeholders and support complex, high-value deals as needed
• Represent Iron Mountain at strategic industry events to capture market trends and foster innovation
