Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an empowering Sales Director to join the Global Industries Strategic Verticals team, leading Client Partners across Banking and Financial Services. You will guide a high-performing sales force to drive growth, expand our commercial footprint, and protect clients' information assets.
Expect executive coaching, strategic account planning, and industry leadership. You will influence multi-product enterprise deals, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and champion change
Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive sales leadership in enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing $50M+ annual bookings portfolios.
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization across product units and pods.
- Strong Salesforce forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Executive presence with Fortune 500 engagements.
- Expertise in BFS verticals and cloud partnerships with major providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a Client Partners sales team to achieve KPIs around quota, pipeline, and account growth.
- Establish regular cadence to hit near-term and longer-term targets and manage performance.
- Oversee strategic account planning across portfolios.
- Provide accurate forecasts and manage deal shaping, pricing, and contracts in Salesforce.
- Engage C-suite executives and support complex, high-value deals.
- Champion market engagement and represent Iron Mountain at industry events.
