Iron Mountain is seeking an empowering Sales Director to join our Global Industries Strategic Verticals team leading Client Partners across the Banking and Financial Services team.

In this leadership role, you will guide and inspire a high-performing sales team to drive growth across all our solutions. You will expand our commercial footprint, manage enterprise deals, and engage with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 accounts to protect and activate information assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive sales leadership experience managing enterprise account managers and sales within digital transformation, cloud, data management, or managed services sectors.
• Proven track record of managing $50M+ annual bookings portfolios and leading complex multi-product enterprise deal engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex matrix operating model across product business units and operational pods.
• Strong operational rigor, executive presentation capabilities, and mastery of pipeline /forecasting methodology in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team of Client Partners; establish and meet KPIs around quota attainment, pipeline generation and conversion, and account expansion.
• Drive regular cadence with the team to ensure targets are achieved and performance is managed.
• Oversee strategic account planning across account portfolios and governance.
• Provide accurate forecasts for revenue and bookings while handling complex deal shaping, pricing, and negotiations.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and intervene in high-value deals as needed.
• Represent Iron Mountain at strategic industry events to capture market trends.
