Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Client Partners team; set KPIs and drive quota attainment.
• Establish regular cadence to ensure targets for near and long term are met.
• Oversee strategic account planning across portfolios.
• Own forecasting with Salesforce and manage complex deal shaping and pricing.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and support high-value pursuits.
• Promote market engagement and drive change initiatives.
