Iron Mountain is seeking an empowering Sales Director to join our Global Industries Strategic Verticals team, leading Client Partners in Banking & Financial Services.

You will guide a high-performing sales organization, drive growth across multi-product solutions, manage $50M+ annual bookings, and coach executives.

Maintain Salesforce forecasts, engage C-suite stakeholders, represent Iron Mountain at industry events, and uphold our ethics and values.

Competenze

• 7+ years of executive sales leadership experience managing enterprise account managers and sales within digital transformation, cloud, data management, or managed services sectors.
• Proven track record of managing $50M+ annual bookings portfolios and leading complex multi-product enterprise deal engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex matrix operating model across product business units and operational pods.
• Strong operational rigor, executive presentation capabilities, and mastery of pipeline/forecasting methodology in Salesforce.
• Exceptional executive presence and proven experience engaging C-suite executives across Fortune 500 accounts.
• Deep domain expertise in BFS verticals.
• Experience with global alliance partners, hyperscaler cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and GSIs.
• Background in formal sales methodology delivery and enterprise change management.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
