The Sales Director will be responsible for elevating the client portfolio by bringing in and securing new client relationships. This role is an individual contributor, similar to a Senior Business Development expert, with deep consulting experience in a technical, professional services environment.
They will lead prospecting pursuits with support from marketing, creative, solutions, and subject matter experts. The goal is to win new business and build high-value accounts by selling Phase2 services to enterprise U.S. health and wellness companies.
Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, nurturing ongoing relationships, writing proposals, pitching services, and contracting agreements.
The role involves constant communication with Phase2 marketing and solutions teams to understand market challenges and craft compelling messages that address potential clients’ pain points. The candidate should be bold, comfortable in conversations, and skilled at qualifying leads to build trust. They must maintain accurate activity reports in Hubspot and Salesforce and thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where success is celebrated together.
