The Sales Director is a senior leader within the Tawkify Commercial organization, responsible for driving revenue performance, optimizing sales operations, and leading a high-performing team of Client Advisors. This individual is accountable for day-to-day team management, sales forecasting and planning, performance analysis, and the overall health and efficiency of the inside sales funnel. They will serve as a strategic partner across departments including Marketing, Matchmaking, Business Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment with growth goals and client satisfaction.
The Sales Director will lead with a data-informed mindset, using performance analytics and sales metrics to guide strategy and optimize team productivity. They will ensure consistent execution of best practices in Salesforce CRM, oversee sales reporting processes, and continuously refine team workflows and systems to drive improved outcomes. With deep expertise in consultative sales, this leader will coach and develop Client Advisors to exceed individual and team KPIs while upholding the integrity, warmth, and professionalism that Tawkify clients expect.
This role requires a passionate and experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results, building high-performing teams, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong emotional intelligence, operational rigor, and a desire to continually refine systems and processes are essential.

This is a full-time, exempt role. The base salary for this position is dependent on location, experience, and is eligible to participate in Tawkify’s employee benefits offerings.
