With strong enterprise relationships already in place, we are investing in building a repeatable sales engine to scale our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Own

New Business Development

Manage the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, discovery, RFPs, and closing deals with regional and national health plans.

Translate our offerings into compelling, outcomes-driven language tied to payor priorities like risk adjustment accuracy and audit readiness.

Sales Process and CRM Buildout

Implement lightweight but effective processes using Zoho CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with delivery and product leaders to align scope, timelines, and expectations for a smooth handoff and execution.

Capture buyer feedback and turn insights into sharper messaging, updated materials, and new ways to package our services.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience selling to health plans, ideally in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or value-based care
  • Familiarity with risk adjustment workflows like retrieval, coding, or HCC audits
  • Strong outbound skills, including cold email, cold calling, and persistent follow-up
  • Clear, confident communication and a self-starter mentality
  • Experience operating in lean environments where you take ownership and help shape how sales runs

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of CMS risk models, HEDIS, or audit mitigation
  • Experience working with MSOs, ACOs, or provider-affiliated plans
  • Comfortable using Zoho CRM or similar platforms
