Job summary

Westmont Living seeks a full-time Memory Care Director to lead memory care services across a premier assisted living community. You will oversee care plans, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision to ensure resident well-being and a high standard of service.

The role requires memory care and assisted living experience, strong English communication, and supervisory capabilities, with an emphasis on compassionate leadership and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents and programs.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Within 30 days of hire, be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations governing memory care.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervising experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
