Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a full-time Memory Care Director at The Oaks at Paso Robles to lead memory care services in a vibrant assisted living and memory care community. You will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a compassionate, resident-centered culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, safe operations, and collaboration with the care team to maintain high-quality memory care programs in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and verbal.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong business judgment and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to exercise discretion with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to push/pull up to 40 lbs and lift up to 35 lbs.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents

• Assisted Living Experience preferred.

• Able to communicate written and orally in English.

• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid

• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.

• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, and coaching, and counseling.

• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
