Job summary

RUCKUS Networks, part of Belden, is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with Field and Inside Sales to generate new business, qualify inbound leads, and drive outreach using Outreach.io, LinkedIn Navigator, and Orum.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RUCKUS Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Leadership to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Position RUCKUS solutions through our partner ecosystem to new end-users, driving growth in key market segments.
• Leverage sales engagement tools to generate new customer meetings within your target vertical or account list.
• Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams.
• Manage leads in Salesforce (SFDC), qualifying and dispositioning as needed.
• Employ creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within target accounts.
• Leverage tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects.
• Engage in cold calling and overcome objections from potential customers.
• Research prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with a complete profile of information and clear follow-up actions.
