Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in accelerating our revenue growth by initiating and nurturing relationships with healthcare executives. This specialized position focuses on driving our sales process forward through proactive outbound prospecting, making it ideal for passionate individuals who thrive on independently managing projects. If you're naturally curious, enjoy learning about new and exciting developments in healthcare, and have strong communication skills, this position is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and market research to generate leads at the top of the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive records of all activities, opportunities, and account information within our CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and progress pipeline metrics.
Required
  • Strong Communication Skills: Engage effectively with healthcare executives (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and service line directors), quickly grasp healthcare terminology, and understand customer needs.
  • Self-driven Mindset: Embrace our fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of your role.

Highly Preferred
  • 1-2 years in outbound-focused sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM usage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach tools.
  • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, create compelling email campaigns, and articulate complex topics.
  • Excellent listening skills, investigative ability, and storytelling prowess.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
