Minimum Requirements
  • Driven and passionate individual with a desire to succeed
  • 3 to 5 years of successful business/sales development experience in SaaS, DevOps, or Cybersecurity (preferred)
  • Experience with the Federal sector, ideally the Department of Defense
  • Self-starter with the ability to prepare in advance and work well in a team
  • Quick learner capable of applying coaching effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curiosity, empathy, and adaptability
  • Strong cold-call prospecting skills with a consultative approach
  • Proficiency with presentation tools like PowerPoint
  • Experience with prospecting tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • High energy, grit, and tenacity
Responsibilities
  • Perform SDR tasks and prepare sales collateral for Federal sales efforts, including RFQ and RFP responses
  • Create outbound messaging and customized pre-sales presentations
  • Manage Federal relationships by writing RFPs and RFQs
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings, guiding prospects through their buyer journey
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects and relevant contacts
  • Participate in virtual and face-to-face sales meetings
  • Prepare reports, graphs, and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on lead generation strategies
  • Utilize sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others
  • Have fun and contribute to our positive culture
