What You'll Do:
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads, guiding them toward the right solutions.
  • Develop outbound strategies to identify and connect with new prospects.
  • Nurture cold leads, keeping them informed and interested in Cytek's innovations.
  • Research potential customers and key decision-makers to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Track engagement and pipeline metrics to optimize sales efforts.
  • Help shape the SDR role by developing best practices and sales tools.
  • Set up key meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience or exposure to flow cytometry (spectral flow cytometry is a plus).
  • A passion for sales and innovative life science technologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads and priorities.
  • Bonus: Experience in sales development, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
